Calcined dolomite, widely recognized as Dolime, serves a crucial function within the steel industry due to its dual capacity for purifying processes and safeguarding refractory linings.

Arij Calcined Dolomite Specification

Calcined Dolomite, Dead-burned or sintered dolomitic refractories, which are prepared by high-temperature calcination dolomitic ores, are extensively used in the steel industry for open-hearth furnaces and repair of the hearth linings of basic electric. Such refractories are also employed in the form of bricks for the working linings of oxygen steel converters which are used with the oxygen conversion process which is becoming broadly popular in steel production.

ADVANTAGES

Our Dolime has the highest purity of CaO: 55% min, and MgO: 34% min, and low impurities. These qualities, along with a LOI of 5% are beneficial for making a good slag and reducing energy consumption in steel industries.
