Steel is one of the most important metals ever known and used. With the name of steel, the minds go unconsciously towards resistance and hardiness. In today’s world, the role of this metal cannot be denied, as it may not be possible to replace it with something else.
Steel is not a single product. Now there are over 3500 grades of steel with many different properties – physical, chemical and environmental that 75% of them have been developed over the past 20 years. Some of the finished products are:
– Coated steel (coated galvanized and colored): steel coated sheet heat-operated or electrolyzed with a layer of material to protect the base metal (substrate) against corrosion. This can be done using heat operation (hot galvanizing) or electrolysis (electro galvanizing). The organic coating (paint, plastic) can also be placed on the zinc layer.
– Electrical plates: These sheets are made of silicon-alloy steel (up to 3.5%) and are used in making of alternators, transformers, and motors. Gravitational electric plates have high silicon content and are used to make large transformers. Non-oriented products are used in electric motors and small transformers.
– Flat steel products: this is a product of a metal sheet or a rolling tape (hot or cold). Steel is usually between a series of rollers to produce the ultimate roller thickness. The dimensions of the plate products range from 10 mm to 200 mm and the thin-wired rolling products range from 1 mm to 10 mm. Plastic products are used in the construction of ships, construction, large diameter pipes, and boilers. Thin flat products have applications in car body panels, cans, and many other products, including office furniture and contractors.
– Long steel products: a long product of a rod, a bar or a section – ordinary rod products of reinforcing bars, engineering products, gears, tools, etc. The usual products in rods and sections are large rolling steel used in building construction projects. Welded wire products and seamless pipes are also part of the long product group.
– Strip: flat coils products made of steel, width less than 600 mm for hot rolling products and less than 500 mm for cold rolling products.
We, in Arij Global Trading, are committed to meet our customer’s requirements by providing different ranges of high quality finished steel products, on-time delivery and at a very competitive price.
In different countries, rebar is produced based on different standards, and in each standard, there is a definite classification in relation to the mechanical properties of steel. Most of the steel mills production complies with the Russian standard which is divided into three types of A-1, A-2 and A-3 steel.
The A-1 grade is of a flat type. The yield strength and tensile strength (rupture stress) are 2400 and 3600 kg / cm2, respectively.
The A-2 grade is of an indented bar type with the yield strength of 3400 and a tensile strength of 5000 kg/cm2.
The A-3 grade is also of an indented bar type with a yield tolerance of 4000 and a tensile strength of 6000 kg/cm2.
Arij Global Trading, with years of experience in supplying steel products, supplies the best quality of Rebar according to the world standard properties.
This product is used in the industry in two types of indented and plain with the size of 5.5 mm to 16 mm. It should be noted that the product is manufactured in the factories up to the size of 12 mm, and the higher sizes are produced according to the order.
Also, the indented wire rod is divided into two categories of A2 and A3.
Wire Rod is used for different products. This product is the raw material for the wire drawing units, fasteners, automobile components, and hardware manufacturers.
With a successful history of supplying and exporting steel products, we have effectively positioned Arij Global Trading to meet the various requirements of our clients in different countries with the highest standards of quality of Wire Rod.
